Over the years, the initial small operational core of a few people has experienced extraordinary expansion, now counting dozens of employees. This growth reflects not only Gianmarco's dedication but also the trust and satisfaction of clients in the work performed. The company seized emerging opportunities, specializing in Green materials during the pandemic period, demonstrating adaptability and a strategic vision that set it apart in the market. This diversification extended beyond the range of services offered to the internal organization of the company, which became more robust and punctual. With two locations, one legal in Verdello (BG) and one operational in Caravaggio (BG), equipped with various warehouses, modern equipment, and an extensive fleet of vehicles, the company has solidified its presence in the territory, ensuring efficiency and timeliness in project execution. Mattia Stabilini

Mattia started in the construction industry in 2013, specializing in drywall structures, where he found his true calling. He distinguished himself through skill and dedication, subsequently entering into partnership with Mr. Vanoli in 2021. He now leads a team of twenty professionals, playing a key role in the company. He is responsible for drywall installations and renovations, managing client relations, logistics, and materials. His responsibilities also extend to liaising with clients, often including architects and surveyors, and personally overseeing projects on site to ensure everything progresses according to agreed specifications and timelines. Ensuring quality control across various construction sites is a top priority at IntoVanoli. His determination, expertise, and organizational skills make him a valuable asset within the company, contributing to its success and client satisfaction.

Emiliano Vanoli

Since 2023, after gaining valuable field experience on various construction sites, he has focused on developing measurement processes within the company. This role involves site inspections to assess necessary measurements, calculating dimensions, and acting as a liaison with the administrative department. These activities have enabled him to refine his skills in the industry and gain a deep understanding of construction market dynamics. In addition to his professional career, Emiliano has a strong passion for design. He has pursued educational opportunities at the Brescia Academy to deepen his knowledge in this fascinating field. His goal is to integrate this passion into his work and launch Vanoli Design in the near future—a company with international scope that will distinguish itself through innovation, creativity, and product quality. The combination of his expertise in the construction industry and artistic inclinations towards design systems has the potential to achieve extraordinary results and expand the Vanoli brand's influence.
